TO DOWNLOAD THE SET UP
go-to https://www.torproject.org/dist/vidalia-bundles/vidalia-bundle-0.2.1.26-0.2.9.exe to download Tor.
 

Install it and go to Settings.

Click Network.

Select I use a proxy to access the Internet.

IP 10.199.212.2 PORT 8080

Choose HTTP/HTTPS as Type.

Select My firewall only lets me connect to certain ports.
Enter 80,8080,443,21,10000,9001,6680,6680,8043,9003,135,1338,9127 in the allowed ports.

THEN CLICK OK...

NB-;MAKE SURE the time on your system is correct.

THEN YOU CONNECT.

CONFIGURE BROWSERS AS FOLLOWS...

Proxy, 127.0.0.1 and port, 8118.
