15 Awesome Ways to Boost Your Creativity

By: Diggy De Bruin
Write Your Ideas Down
Get into the habit of writing your ideas down as soon as you get them. This way you train your brain to keep coming up with ideas, and as soon as you get them you write them down. When they are written down you don't have to worry about remembering them and this allows more room for new ideas to form in your mind.
Relax
Good ideas and creativity usually do not appear under stress. When you are relaxed and rejuvenated, creative ideas usually come rather naturally. Take a walk on the beach, take a nap, go and play some sport or do whatever it is that relaxes you so that your brain can be more creative when you get back to work.
No Expectations
Similar to no stress, but specifically no stress from the outcome. When you create with love and passion and no expectation of the outcome, the chances are much greater that you will create something remarkable!
Be Easy On Yourself
Stop criticizing yourself and stop being so harsh for yourself. Accept yourself the way you are and do things to the best of your ability. You are enough and you are creative. Don't let self-limiting beliefs block out your creativity!
Read
Reading stimulates the mind. The more you read, the more you open your mind up to new ways of thinking and thus the more creative you will become. I know that reading can be a bore, especially if you have to force yourself to do it. Just start small. Choose a book on a topic that you like (it can even be about your favourite sport or artist) and spend 30 minutes before you go to bed reading that book. This way you can read 1-2 new books every month without it being a lot of effort, and it will definitely contribute to you being more creative.
Listen to Mozart
Albert Einstein said he owes his creativity to listening to Mozart pieces. Certain songs and compositions allow the brain to be more creative and function better. Albert Einstein did not know why this was the case, but he found Mozart compositions to help his thinking.
Binaural Beats
In the present age the concept of music enhancing your thinking has been scientifically researched and proven. Certain frequencies have a positive effect on increasing your brain's performance and creativity. Today they are known as Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones. Basically, scientists have engineered sound-files (I can't really call them songs) with researched frequencies that have proven to increase brain performance. Simply buy purchasing some of these tracks and listening to them with stereo headphones, you can already notice an effect on your thinking and creativity.
Meditate
In combination with binaural beats
Exercise
Releases endorphins and enhances creativity
Ask For Help
Don't be scared to ask someone for help or for their opinion. The input from a friend or stranger could be enough to jumpstart a whole series of ideas and new creativity.
Expand Your Horizons
Do something you have never ever done before in your life. The experience of it may be enough to boost your creativity tenfold and give you many new ideas.
Eat Blueberries
Blueberries are said to be the richest in anti-oxidants and good for your brain an thinking abilities. Eat a handful a day, and even if you don't get extra creativity, enjoy the taste and the health benefits.
Stop Doing Drugs
I'm talking about sugars, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes. (I shouldn't have to tell you not to do hard drugs!)
Do Puzzles
Puzzels stimulate your brain to look at a problem from different angles. The easier you are able to open up your mind to new ideas and new approaches, the more likely it will be that you become more creative.
Play An Instrument
I personally like playing piano. It is relaxing and it allows me to experiment with new tones, melodies and ideas.

How to Cultivate Creativity

By:Sandra Paolini
The good, the true and the beautiful...

Creativity is generally thought of as self-expression; but if you unravel the process a bit, you'll find something much deeper and more profoundly transformational at its core. The true creative process is born of a deep inner yearning to be used in a way you, yourself, find resonant with the good, the true and the beautiful. It's often felt as a strong pull you simply cannot ignore... a compelling magnetism that draws you deeper toward the realization of your inborn potential. It's something we all long to experience because we instinctively know it makes us feel alive and connected to something greater than ourselves. Without it, the world seems mundane, ordinary and tedious. But what exactly is creativity and how can it be developed and cultivated?

  • The "aha" moment...
Quite simply, creativity can be described as a process that taps into our innate intelligence and comes back with something novel. We experience it mentally as shift in consciousness, moving us from a state of uncertainty into one of clarity. It's an "aha" moment that's both ephemeral and difficult to describe, but we know it when it happens. We also experience it physically; we're lighter, yet deeper. We feel a pulsating energy down to the cellular level; we have been moved, shaken, transformed. The physical results appear in the world as art, poetry, dance, music, design, elegant theories, scientific discovery or even a good meal. These worldly expressions have the power to extend far beyond the single creating individual; they reach out and touch us in a way that can shift our worldview, move us to tears, or just brighten our day.

  • Setting up the conditions...
One thing seems certain... you can't will creativity into existence, but you can set up the conditions for its manifestation. Historically, we can look to the example of Mozart, who reported that the Divine dictated his symphonies to him, in completed form. But Mozart's dad set the conditions when his son was a child... giving him lessons and providing him the leisure and opportunity to fulfill his vocation. Mozart, too, allowed himself to be used by divine inspiration, working tirelessly to communicate these revelations. The literature is also full of stories by prominent scientists (Einstein, Kekule and Archimedes, to name three) who report solutions appearing in dreams or from unrelated experiences that trigger full-blown clarity... after the hard work of focused intellectual effort. Current research indicates that diligent brainwork, followed by a period of relaxation allows problems to incubate into resolution. What happens during this incubation period is anybody's guess, but I suspect creativity is at "play" deep beneath the realms of conscious thought. Doing what? Well, magic...pure and simple.

Yearning...
It seems to me that the willingness to set the conditions AND do the work, combined with the desire for fulfillment, engenders the experience of deep inner yearning. This is not just ordinary wanting, but a deeply felt, full-body, cellular longing to manifest possibility. Perhaps it is this energy of yearning that resonates with the divine's desire for us to connect with our own potential. Interestingly, this is also a feeling that can easily be cultivated. Try it now... relax and sense deeply into your cellular structure. Feel every cell of your being, down to your atoms, pulsating with energy. See if you can tap into this quality of deep yearning... yearning for every part of you to be what it is meant to be. Feel even deeper, beyond physical structure to the pure underlying energy beneath it all. This is the pulsating frequency that has the ability to align with deeper universal forces. This is creative power in the raw.

  • Giving up the need to know...
But what seems to ignite the whole process is something almost unfathomable... it's the requirement that we give up our attachment to outcome. This is an unexpected twist... like a koan asking us to give up our desire to get that which we desire. Is this possible? Possible, yes; easy, no. We are being asked to let go of all our preconceived notions of how things should turn out, and in fact, we are asked to give up the need to know, altogether. Think about it... if you want something truly new, you need to be wide open to all possibilities, even the ones beyond which thought can think. Essentially, this means getting out of your own way, setting the sails for inspiration and allowing the winds of grace carry you.

  • How therapy can help...
Therapy can be an important adjunct to this work by providing a supportive environment in which to slow down your ordinary pace and look closely at where, when and how creativity manifests in your life. For example:
  • What do you do unselfconsciously well?
  • What activity are you drawn to when you have free time?
  • What do you find yourself thinking about when you daydream?
  • As a child, what is the first thing you remember wanting to be?
  • Who are your heroes?
  • What obstacles and negative beliefs do you allow to stand in your way?
  • How do you talk yourself out of self-expression?
Creativity doesn't have to produce a global life-shattering results, it can be as simple as a meal well prepared. The important point is that you feel alive, connected, and engaged in a project you, yourself, find resonant and worthy. Engaging like this, on a regular basis, can develop and cultivate the creative life force that's already there waiting for expression.

How to Create a Magnetic Prosperity Map

Prosperity maps are powerful wealth creation tools which are based on the law of attraction. A map attracts whatever is needed for the manifestation of its pictures. Select your desired objects, use the proper coloring, maintain sufficient spacing and you attract the life of your dreams. The map is the precursor of its real world equivalent.
A map accentuates the picturing power of the mind. If you have a difficult time visualizing your goals a prosperity map can be a viable alternative.
Follow these steps to build a magnetic prosperity map.
  • Keep Your Map Secret
More often than not people will give it bad energy. Or you might give it bad energy if you feel embarrassed when somebody else sees it. Energy attracts like energy according to the law of attraction. It's better to keep the prosperity map a secret between you and the universe.
  • Use Big, Colorful Poster Boards
The map symbolizes your goals. If you want spectacular results use vivid, striking colors. Don't crowd your pictures. Space them out generously. The idea is abundance.
  • Use Specific Colors For Specific Results
Depending on what you most desire use the following colors:
Green or gold poster boards for financial or job success.
Yellow or white for increased spiritual knowledge.
Blue for intellectual accomplishments.
Pink or red for love and harmony in human relationships.
Most importantly use a color which appeals to you emotionally. Use the law of attraction effectively by utilizing bright colors.
  • Always Use Colored Pictures
Colored pictures bring better results. Black and white photos are drab and bring slower results. Aim for colors which stimulate the emotions. Use brilliant shades for quicker results.
  • No Prosperity Map Clutter
Since the map is a precursor to your results it's vital not to clutter the pictures. Space them out.
  • Use Money On Financial Poster Boards
Unless money is posted you could wind up in debt. Feel free to use play money or checks.
  • Affirm It To Earn It
Use affirmations for wealth, marriage, or whatever it is which you seek to complement the prosperity map.
  • Place A Spiritual Symbol On The Board
This could be Jesus, Buddha, or any source of spiritual inspiration. A spiritual symbol protects the board and ensures that wonderful things are on the way.

  • View Your Prosperity Map Upon Waking And Going To Sleep
Feel an emotional jolt when viewing your prosperity map. Remember that the law of attraction responds swiftly to strong emotions. The more emotionally involved you become with the pictures the quicker they manifest.
When people tell you certain programs or products have changed their lives it is natural to be skeptical so I was reserved about making that claim for Bob Doyle's Wealth Beyond Reason Program but there is no other way to put it. It improved my life dramatically. I truly believe it can do the same for you.
